From the aforementioned Niwali report, here are simple ways you can undertake a heavy metal detox without having to undergo some sort of unpleasant regimen.
Including vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin E in your diet and/or through supplementation isn’t necessarily going to stop the heavy metals from getting into your body in the first place, but by taking vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin E, you can stop those heavy metals from doing damage. Garlic, MSM, cilantro, Chlorella and n-acetylcysteine are powerful detoxification agents. Although these foods and supplements are generally considered “safe and natural,” do check with your doctor to make sure that they won’t interact negatively with any medications you’re taking… In addition, n-acetylcysteine should be taken with two to three times the vitamin C to avoid possible side effects.ibid,
