To expedite our discussion, I will assume that you are not sulfur-deficient and elect to focus on another feature of the product. Organic sulfur is not only a rich source of bioavailable sulfur, it also provides access to a beneficial molecule called a methyl group.

A methyl group is composed of one carbon atom bonded with three hydrogen atoms and is notated with a scientific formula of CH3.
