Aluminum is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon) and is present in our air, food, and water. Everyday uses of aluminum include foil wrap, soda cans, cookware, cosmetics, anti-perspirants, baking powder and antacids. Aluminum is also deployed extensively as an adjuvant in the manufacture of vaccines. Is aluminum adversely affecting your health? If it is, how are you getting rid of aluminum if you aren’t detoxing regularly?
Lack of Awareness of Aluminum’s Toxicity
Dr. Christopher Exley, a leading authority on human exposure to aluminum, published a paper in 2014 that included the following comments:
The most significant factor driving complacency about the potential dangers of aluminum is its omnipresence in modern life… it is inevitable both today and in the future that an individual’s exposure to aluminum is impacting upon their health and is already contributing to, if not causing, chronic diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
While aluminum has been used commercially for the past century, there is no established need for aluminum in our diet. The amount of dietary aluminum ingested by healthy individuals who have normal elimination capability is extremely small and not an area of concern. However, many people expose themselves to supplemental sources of aluminum such as anti-perspirants (whose aluminum molecules are absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream) and immunizations. As noted in this Wikipedia article:
Aluminum exposure can occur through inhalation, skin contact, and eye contact. Exposure can cause irritation of the affected area or organ. Exposure to powdered aluminum or aluminum welding fumes can cause pulmonary fibrosis.
Okay, then, what is pulmonary fibrosis? According to the American Lung Association,
Pulmonary fibrosis is a disease marked by scarring in the lungs. Tissue deep in the lungs becomes thick, stiff and scarred. The scarring is called fibrosis. As the lung tissue becomes scarred, it interferes with a person’s ability to breathe.
When doctors are unable to determine the cause of a fibrosis (which typically affects middle-aged adults and older), they refer to the ailment as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis for which they claim has no cure and is often times fatal within 5 years of the original diagnosis.
Analytical Research Labs, an industry leader in balancing body chemistry through hair tissue mineral analysis, offers this additional assessment of aluminum toxicity on its website:
Hemodialysis
The kidneys appear to be the main excretory organs for aluminum and any impairment of renal function can result in aluminum retention. The degree of aluminum toxicity in renal failure depends upon the duration of aluminum exposure.
Other health issues attributed to aluminum toxicity include the following:
• Aluminum is stored mainly in the lungs, liver, thyroid, bone and brain. Levels in most tissues don’t increase with age, but levels of aluminum in the lungs and brain show significant accumulation with age.
• The effect of aluminum on the nervous system may contribute to symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
• Hair levels of aluminum have been shown to correlate well with bone levels of aluminum.
• Fatty degeneration of the liver and kidney can result from aluminum toxicity.
• Anemia may result, due to the interference of aluminum with iron metabolism.
• In humans, dementia resulting from kidney dialysis, is related to aluminum and results in memory loss, loss of coordination, confusion and disorientation.
What kind of cookware do you use? Do you use an aluminum spatula along with a set of aluminum pots and pans? If so, what steps are you taking to ensure that you’re not scraping bits of aluminum into your food?
What brand of baking powder do you have in your kitchen cupboard and is it aluminum-free? Are you addicted to soft drinks or beer that are commonly sold in aluminum cans? Do you apply an anti-perspirant under your arm pits that contains aluminum chlorhydrate or another aluminum compound?
The Aluminum-Alzheimer’s Connection
While you ponder your answers to those questions, let’s shift our focus to a highly debatable subject: that Alzheimer’s disease may be linked to aluminum exposure.
According to alzheimers.net, nearly 44 million people worldwide are afflicted with Alzheimer’s or a related form of dementia. The global cost of treating Alzheimer’s and dementia is estimated to be $605 billion. Moreover, it is estimated that only a quarter of all Alzheimer’s patients have been diagnosed.
At the same time, pharmaceutical firms, government agencies, and charitable organizations dedicated to the treatment and eradication of Alzheimer’s disease are quick to dismiss the notion that aluminum could be implicated without ever having conducted any clinical trials.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an adjuvant is an added ingredient that is supposed to help the body have greater immunity against the weakened or dead germs that are present in the vaccine. Aluminum hydroxide and aluminum phosphate are adjuvants that are most commonly used today, although calcium phosphate and oil emulsions are also deployed in some cases. Oral phosphate-binding agents such as aluminum hydroxide enable the absorption of aluminum from the gastrointestinal tract. When the body is incapable of excreting all of the aluminum that it encounters, the excess becomes deposited in the bone, brain, liver, heart, spleen, and muscle.
Finally, Martin Michener PhD makes these points concerning aluminum, glyphosate, vaccines, and grains that were published on Health Impact News:
• When questioned about aluminum’s toxicity, most doctors will respond that it never gets into the blood.
• Proponents of inoculation state that the reason that vaccines contain aluminum is to enable the body to produce the proper antibodies to the foreign matter (antigen).
• Glyphosate (the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup Ready herbicide) attaches itself to aluminum, thereby, preventing the body from using its natural defense mechanisms to keep it out.
• Commercial grain farmers have made it a common practice to apply glyphosate to their crops at harvest time.
• If you eat grain products treated with glyphosate and then manufactured using aluminum-rich baking powder, you may end up ingesting aluminum via your leaky gut membranes.
Wait! There’s More!
Geoengineering (also called solar radiation management) is loosely defined as the use of advanced technology to mitigate or adapt to the effects of climate change.
In 1991, Hughes Aircraft (now a subsidiary of the Raytheon Company) was issued patent #5,003,186 that proposed the injection of a white, talcum-like powder consisting of aluminum oxide, barium oxide, and other oxides into the upper atmosphere for the purpose of reducing global warming.
Six years later, Edward Teller, co-inventor of the hydrogen bomb, was the most prominent author (along with Roderick Hyde and Lowell Wood) of a scientific paper that theorized that the temperature of the earth could be reduced if metallic particulates were sprayed into the upper atmosphere.
It has also been suggested that alumina injected into the stratosphere by the exhaust of solid-rocket motors might scatter non-negligible amounts of sunlight.

In this 2013 Natural Society article entitled “Chemtrail Poisons are Ruining Your Health from Above and You May Not Know,” Christina Sarich shares her fears that heavy metal particulates like aluminum, barium, and strontium are being injected into the stratosphere for the purpose of fighting climate change, exactly as proposed by Edward Teller and his colleagues:
If aluminum deodorants and anti-perspirants aren’t good for us, how can chemtrails being sprayed in our neighborhoods be benign? Geo-engineering, otherwise known as chemtrails, have been exposed by numerous alternative news outlets, reporters, and documentaries such as “What in the World Are They Spraying?” In this important piece of social activism, we can learn how we are being sprayed with huge amounts of aluminum, strontium, and barium, among with other health-wreaking chemicals against our will, and without our consent.
A Northern California activist by the name of Deborah Tavares has conducted extensive research on the topic of geoengineering and has posted many of her findings on her website, StopTheCrime.net:
A Lake Shasta sample from the Pit River Arm tributary tested at 4,610,000 ugl (ugl=ppb or parts per billion), [which is] over 4,610 times the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for aluminum in drinking water for the State of California. In addition, a snow pack sample taken from Mt. Shasta tested at 61,100 ug/L or 61 times the MCL.
Aluminum and barium are being found in dangerous levels in water and soil samples taken nationwide. Respiratory and neurological illnesses have risen dramatically and asthma is near epidemic levels in children. Numerous studies have connected aluminum exposure to neurological damage (like Alzheimer’s) and a host of other diseases. Other related illnesses such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and multiple-chemical sensitivities have steadily risen since the deployment of these on-going programs.
Your Action Plan
Okay, what if you believe the scary reports about heavy metal particulates in the upper atmosphere are way overblown? Is that any reason to dismiss aluminum as a benign threat and take no action?

Heavy metals, including barium, aluminum, and lead are endocrine disruptors. As I have discussed in earlier emails, I discovered both barium and aluminum in the air we breathe via testing of my rain water.
If it is in the air, we basically aspirate these heavy metals into our lungs. The lungs are a potent delivery system. That’s why inhalers work so well. I don’t know how the aluminum is getting into the air, but it is probably through geo engineering…also known as Chemtrails.
