Blue-eyed young manReader writes, I read somewhere on the Internet that there may be a relationship between sulfur and the health of our eyes. Because I work inside an air conditioned office, my eyes frequently get dry and tired from staring at the computer screen all day. Would taking sulfur help me at all in this regard?

My response

Besides taking organic sulfur internally, a simple and direct way to alleviate minor eyesight concerns such as dryness is to make an eye drop solution out of the crystals. A couple of drops in each eye up to 3 times a day (early morning, afternoon, and before bedtime) should help.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of the organic sulfur crystals in 4 ounces of water when used as eye drops. Make sure the water you use is chlorine-free, which interferes with the sulfur. Using hot tap water is fine, while the cold tap usually contains chlorine. When using hot tap water, let the mixture cool down before adding the sulfur drops into your eyes.
