Whenever you feel overly tired during the day and sense that you could benefit from a natural energy boost, go ahead and bump up your dosage on a temporary basis. For example, if you’re used to taking a teaspoon of sulfur twice a day, try taking another teaspoon over lunch or during the early afternoon. Any excess sulfur that your body can’t use will be eliminated. Just make sure to drink your daily water quota (1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight).
Some sulfur distributors I know – even though they’re basically very healthy – told me they regularly take a tablespoon of sulfur three times a day.
Water is 89% oxygen. It is the oxygen from water that needs to get inside cells to make them healthy, to give them energy, and to kill microbes that may be inside the cells. Cellular regeneration requires oxygen transport across cell membranes. Sulfur serves as the oxygen transporter.
