An MSM user asks, “Does morning coffee impact sulfur uptake? Do I need to wait 30 minutes before taking sulfur?”
If you drink your coffee black, then you can safely take it simultaneously with your sulfur. Hundreds of folks in the Cellular Matrix Study do so every day without a problem. If you combine your black coffee and sulfur together as one drink, you will notice that it will taste more bitter than taking coffee without sulfur. You aren’t harmed by combining them together, however.
The one exception is if you prefer to take your coffee with a powdered sweetener or creamer. In that case, you should first take your sulfur and then wait 30 minutes to drink your flavored coffee beverage.
